Eric Gaisford | Owner/President & wealth Advisor

Eric is focused on helping clients work toward their retirement dreams through a well-thought-out financial strategy for retirement.

Eric got his start in the financial services industry in 2005. He joined InFocus Financial in 2011, where he specializes in helping clients reach their financial goals.

“We meet clients from all different backgrounds and take pride in offering them specific solutions to manage their wealth,” he says.

Eric is a financial professional who can offer investment and insurance products and services. He has passed the Series 7 and 66 securities exams and holds life and health insurance licenses. He graduated from Drury University in Springfield, Missouri.

Outside of the office, Eric and his wife, Kimberly, spend a lot of weekends watching their three children on the soccer field and at their lake house on Table Rock Lake. Eric also enjoys playing tenor saxophone in his church orchestra and cooking in his outdoor kitchen.

Monique Ritchie | Operations Coordinator

As Operations Coordinator, Monique focuses on helping clients remain on track while pursuing their retirement dreams by overseeing much of the paperwork and day-to-day operations related to their accounts. She is also dedicated to ensuring clients feel at home whenever they visit the office.

“Trust the process,” Monique advises clients. “Eric always treats his clients’ investments as if he were taking care of those of his own family.”

Outside of the office, Monique loves spending time with her two children. As a family, they enjoy playing music for their church — Monique’s specialty is percussion. She also enjoys kayaking, gardening and entertaining in her home.

Emily Langston | Office Assistant

Emily joined the InFocus Financial Strategies team in 2020. As Office Assistant, she focuses on delivering a first-class customer experience for all clients and prospects. Emily is responsible for welcoming clients as soon as they enter the office, making them feel at home, answering phones, scheduling appointments, preparing files and assisting Eric and Monique as they work with clients to achieve their retirement goals.

A Missouri native, Emily attended Missouri State University. She and her husband, Rich, are the proud parents of four boys and three dogs. Outside the office, Emily loves helping Rich in worship ministry at their church, hiking, cooking, playing board games and gardening.
